A scan looks wrong

Make sure the full ingredient list is in frame, well lit, and in focus. AI can misread small or curved text — always double-check the printed label.

Manage or cancel subscription

iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → SafeBite.

Restore purchases

Profile tab → Restore Purchases.
